Little Rock (KATV) — A Little Rock non-profit organization is gearing up to spread joy through service this holiday season.
For the last 4 years the Pettus Foundation has gathered volunteers to serve the community of the unhoused, the at risk youth, returning citizens and more. They’ve now partnered with the Little Rock Workforce to pour back into the lives of the youth.
Through this Project Rise initiative those between the ages of 14-24 will now be able to apply to get real world work experience, skill build, and prepare a pathway to success.

Those excepted will receive opportunities for networking and service across the community.
They will have access to tutors, mentors, education assistance, and financial literacy.
CEO and Founder of the Pettus Foundation Kris Pettus believes this is crucial for the future of our youth.
