“Today marks the 60th anniversary of Civil Rights Act of 1964,” Arkansas Martin Luther King Jr. Commission, Executive Director, Dushun Scarbrough said. Groups across the state have held ceremonies including the Martin Luther King Junior Commission right here in Little Rock.

Activists from across Central Arkansas took to the streets of Little Rock to spread the plea for peace within our communities.
Dozens of groups joined the Pettus Helping Hands Foundation to march and stand in solidarity with one common goal- to stop the violence.
